5. Installation
Installation timelines provided by Sun Energy are estimates unless a specific completion date has been formally agreed upon.
Installation may be affected by weather, site accessibility, material availability, electrical conditions, permissions, utility requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and installation area and for informing Sun Energy of any known site conditions that may affect the installation.
6. Equipment and Product Availability
Solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, protection equipment, and other components may be subject to availability from manufacturers and suppliers.
Where a particular model or component becomes unavailable, Sun Energy may propose an equivalent or alternative product, subject to applicable specifications and customer approval where required.
7. Performance and Energy Generation
Solar system performance depends on several factors, including sunlight, weather, shading, system orientation, equipment specifications, electricity consumption, maintenance, and other environmental or technical conditions.
Any estimated electricity generation, savings, payback period, or financial benefit provided by Sun Energy is an estimate and should not be considered a guaranteed result unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information regarding their electricity consumption and property.
Providing safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
Informing Sun Energy of relevant structural or electrical conditions.
Following equipment operating and maintenance instructions.
Using the installed system in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
Making payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
9. Payments
Payments must be made through the payment methods communicated or authorized by Sun Energy.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in suspension, postponement, or cancellation of services.
Any applicable taxes, government charges, transportation costs, or additional site-related costs will be communicated where applicable.
10. Warranty
Solar equipment may be covered by manufacturer warranties, while installation workmanship may be covered by Sun Energy’s applicable service warranty.
Warranty terms, duration, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures may differ depending on the product and service purchased.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, negligence, accidents, natural disasters, improper maintenance, electrical faults outside the system, or other circumstances excluded by the applicable warranty.
Customers should refer to their quotation, invoice, warranty documentation, or service agreement for the specific warranty terms applicable to their system.
11. Maintenance and After-Sales Service
Sun Energy may provide maintenance and after-sales support according to the service package or agreement selected by the customer.
Routine maintenance, cleaning, inspections, replacement parts, repairs, and other services may be subject to separate charges unless included in the customer’s agreement.
12. Third-Party Products and Services
Some equipment supplied or recommended by Sun Energy may be manufactured by third-party companies. Such products may be subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, warranties, specifications, and policies.
Sun Energy is not responsible for changes made by manufacturers to product specifications, availability, software, firmware, or warranty policies.
